intensive red with purple reflections, clear fruity nose of ripe cherries, many nuances which convey a seductive complexity on the nose, no matter whether clove, cinnamon or vanilla is discernible, the fragrance is delicately sensed. On the palate juicy and inspiring with harmony and length. The powerful tannic structure conveys a full body and high ageing potential. A wine which cries for a good piece of meat and is enjoyable even after the meal. Overall impression: the intensive red colour arouses a level of expectations which is perfectly met by this powerful, expressive and persisting red wine. Already the colour of this clear crystalline wine with its greenish reflections mirrors its perfect physiological ripeness. On the nose tropical soft fruity aromas which remind of honey melon and citrus fruits are revealed and stimulate to enjoy this precious drop. On the palate a fine well-balanced acidity and spicy minerality is discernible. The well-structured body is supported by a fine gloom, good character and delicate nutty aromas. The finish is persistent and dominated by pleasant fruit sweetness. To pair this elegant wine with an excellent meal promises a real delight to us…. This wine displays its straw yellow colour and viscous legs on the glass. Its dark core seduces to take a closer look. Its seductive fragrance of fully-ripe grapes, wine gelèe and lime-blossom honey promise perfect drinking pleasure. The aromas in the nose are accompanied by notes of oranges, jam, stewed rhubarb, gingerbread and almond which cote the palate with creamy texture and meet the level of expectations aroused by the nose. The finely structured acidity conveys fresh vivacity to the opulent body and intensive fruit sweetness. The strong well-integrated alcohol enhances the fruit through to the long finish. The continuously balanced development in the glass as well as the marked minerality suggest a high ageing potential.
